Apple can be known for producing a variety of different color iphone, but the latest problem with the iPhone 13 carries a color spark to the least place: screen. According to some users, the entire bright pink rotating screen, the device rendering cannot be used.
It was first noted and reported by Macrumor, the first complaint appeared on the Apple discussion board itself in October. The first users to report problems seem to have their iPhone replaced by Apple, but more users have experienced problems in the following month.
Unfortunately, there seems to be no many rhymes or reasons for this problem, or Apple response. The affected user seems completely random, without the general reason that can be blamed. Similarly, Apple’s response has not been uniform, with several users get a free replacement device, while others are rejected. The only general theme is that only the iPhone 13 appears.
The big question about everyone’s mind is whether this is a fatal hardware problem or a software bug. With many affected users in China, Apple reportedly posted a message on Weibo that it was a software problem, and users must back up data and update to the latest version.
Unfortunately, as makrumor shows, this explanation does not make sense. After all, with the first report from October – and only affects the iPhone 13 – bugs have survived a number of software updates.
This seems to show that Apple cannot track software bugs that cause problems, or it is not a software bug at all. Other users in the Apple forum have reported being informed of this problem caused by the wrong motherboard, which really needs to be replaced to fix the problem.
Either Way, following Apple’s advice to back up and updating to the latest version is the first step all users must accept their efforts to get further assistance from the company.
Of course, it’s very possible that this is just Apple put itself – even though it’s very pink – spinning on the window ‘the famous blue death screen.’
