The Samsung Galaxy S22 series is expected to be launched in the near future, and it will sports new ultra-durable materials from Gorilla Glass. According to the famous Universe Ice Leaker, who previously claimed a full S22 lineup would display a glass back. While the Galaxy S21 series has a plastic back that looks like glass, the S22 is reported to be made with ultra-prisonous gorilla glass.
In July 2020, Gorilla Glass announced a new type of old ultra-durable material called Victus. This glass is specifically designed for consumer gadgets such as smartphones, helping protect devices from drops, lumps, and scratches that will occur with everyday use. The company recorded when Victus had to double the scratch resistance from Gorilla Glass 6 products.

Assuming Tweet does refer to the next generation Victus material, Samsung’s new flagship mobile series will not only get an upgrade that is welcomed from plastic to the back glass, but it will also display extraordinary durability levels. Even better, the leak suggests this main glass increase will be available throughout the Galaxy S22 series, not just an ultra model.
This is good news for consumers who hate stroking high-end smartphones that are expensive in cases that are usually thick and uninteresting. Free Tooksel is always at risk, especially considering the edge of a very curved Samsung phone, and replacing a damaged display on one of these devices is usually expensive. However, those who want to take that risk will, it seems, benefit from Gorilla Glass’s Victus (or an enhanced version of it), which in its form now offers resistance to the hard surface of a height to around 6.5ft.
